A note about document security: We hold all received faxes and transmission reports for 30 days. After 30 days we destroy the documents. Our Canon Laser Class 830I Fax Machine does not retain a copy of documents that have been transmitted, received and printed or scanned and emailed. Your information can not be retrieved from the machine locally or remotely. We do not and can not keep a copy of scanned documents on the scanner or any where on our network. When scanning and emailing a document we can add password protection for a small fee.

We offer Fax sending and receiving services – with the BEST pricing in all of Marion County – perhaps all of Florida.

Transmission (sending) to a local (area code 352) or an 800 number is $1.00 per page for the first 2 pages and $0.50 per page after that.

To a Long Distance number it is $2.00 per page for the first 2 pages and $0.50 per page after that.

International faxes are $19.95 per page.

Fax Reception is $ 1.00 for the first 2 pages and $0.50 for additional pages. Please have the sender put your name somewhere on the document so we can identify it when you come in to pick it up. Our fax number is (352) 512-9604. There is no need to call us and let us know you are expecting a fax – once received we will hold it for 30 days.

We must charge Communication Taxes on all faxes sent or received and on all scan to email transmissions. Current (2018) Communications tax is 13.16%

We can also scan and email documents. The cost is $2.00 for the 1st page and $0.25 for each additional page. The scans are converted to PDF format. For an additional $0.50 we can password protect your scan with a password of your choice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and everyone for any reason or no reason whatsoever. Pricing is subject to change and we may or may not update this web page to reflect that change. If you are uncomfortable with our policies, pricing, or services, please go someplace else. The State of Florida, Marion County, and the City of Ocala determine the communication tax rates, while we are happy to entertain lively discussion regarding the rates we are obligated to collect the taxes and turn them over to the Revenuers.
