A Notary Of The Public is appointed by the Governor for the purpose of observing and certifying that a document has been signed by the person authorized to sign the document.

A Valid, Government Issued photo id is required to identify the signer(s). A Valid id is one that has not expired and does not appear to have been tampered with.

$ 10.00 for the first notarial (stamp) per document

$ 5.00 for each subsequent or additional notarial act (stamp) per document.

$ 5.00 witness fee

Certified Copies $ 5.00 plus the cost of copying the document

I9 Certifications $20 paper only – we do not perform “E” Online Certifications

If your document requires witnesses you must bring your own. Witnesses must not be a party to the document or have any interest in the document being signed / witnessed.

We do NOT perform ANY Civil or Marriage Ceremonies

We do have someone that may be willing to perform these type of ceremonies. Please call our office for details.
